Cancellation Policy

Payment for Sessions For all individual customer bookings to secure each session, the fee is to be paid by direct bank transfer at least 24 hrs prior to the session taking place. For business account customers the fee is payable via bank transfer 30 days from the date of invoice. Cancellation Policy For any cancellation of Counselling, Coaching or Therapeutic Support sessions. If for any reason, you need to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us as soon as possible in writing via email. Please email karmamindsinfo@gmail.com. A cancellation fee will apply as set out below: We reserve the right to charge in full for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 2 working days (48hrs) prior to the start of the session. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7 days of notification and agreement. If possible, we will always endeavour to rearrange a session to a mutually convenient time. For cancellation for a Workshop or a Training Event. You need to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge in full for those sessions cancelled with less than 2 working days (48hrs) prior to the start of the session. Please email karmamindsinfo@gmail.com Workshop Booking Fee: All bookings are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of £15. Any refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7 days of notification and agreement. No shows. If you do not turn up to a workshop/training event that you are booked onto you will not be entitled to a refund. Reasons why this cancellation policy is in place:  It reminds clients that the client/counsellor/coach/trainer relationship is a professional arrangement  It encourages clients to prioritise their sessions and promotes regular engagement with sessions  Lack of notice means your counsellor/coach/trainer is unable to offer the session to others.  Your counsellor/coach/trainer invests time and resources preparing for each session beforehand  Ongoing overheads e.g., training, insurance, travel, room hire, professional membership fees, supervision costs etc Unforeseen Circumstances We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) because of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we reserve the right to give you 24hrs notice and a full refund in the method that you originally paid. We will always adhere to any COVID-19 guidance, rules and regulations. All our team are fully vaccinated.
