Well being 


I provide training events for workplaces, charities and other organisations focusing on mental health well being. These training sessions include stress & anxiety awareness.

 Training enables teams and individuals to build resilience, focus on mental health, talk about how they are feeling and access support.

Free Support

Each month I run a free support group at The Coach House in Rhydding Park. This is usually held on the first Monday of the month and last for one hour. If you need support and advice, please come along.
